In- house tailored programs are useful to be considered by institutions in the following instances:
CLICKS is keen on engaging with institution requesting tailored programs beyond the program delivery and jointly work with them on developing an impact assessment approach to measure the impact of the program on improving the culture, skills and competencies of the participants in their workplace.
Institutions interested in an ‘in-house’ tailored Program are kindly requested to:
Step 1: Visit the Center’s Portfolio of Capacity Building Programs: to know more about our core areas of expertise. Any of these programs can be delivered ‘in-house’ and can be contextualized to meet the specific needs and requirements of an institution.
Step 2: Once a specific program(s) is selected, the Online Requirements Analysis Form will need to be filled and submitted to the Center. The Form shall ideally be filled by one of the key representatives of the institution who possesses the necessary knowledge about the audience for whom the program will be delivered and the institutional context. The information provided will primarily be used to enable the Center to submit a sound and responsive proposal.
Step 3: Upon receiving the Form, the Center will respond with a formal proposal that shall be sent within 3-5 working days. The proposal submitted will include both the technical and financial aspects. The requesting institution will have a period stipulated within the proposal to formally respond. If for some reasons you have not received a response after 5 working days, please email us at inquiries@cli-cks.com
Step 4: If the proposal was approved by the requesting institution, the necessary steps will be taken to coordinate with the university/ college to gather further information, develop the content and prepare for the delivery of the program on the dates mutually agreed upon. The institution will need to assign one person with whom CLICKS’s staff may liaise.
If an institution is interested in a program which is not listed as part of our current portfolio of programs yet is aligned with one of our five core areas of expertise of the Center, you may contact us at: inquiries@cli-cks.com with details on the program your institution requires. Such details must include the program title, main topics to cover, estimated number of days, and information about the target audience. This will help us determine whether the Center can design, develop and deliver the program in accordance to the institution’s needs.
Jointly co-branded certificates of attendance are awarded to all participants based on attendance of participants to all days of the program.
